Return Policy

• In order to accommodate returns, all customers must contact Trimedic supply Network Ltd. to obtain a return authorization number.
• Merchandise must be returned within 60 days in its original, unopened packaging and may be subject to 15% restock charge.
• Merchandise that is outdated or not in saleable condition will not be accepted.
• Merchandise returned must be shipped back to Trimedic Supply at the customers expense, unless specified otherwise by Trimedic Supply Network Ltd.
• Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed by the customer immediately with the freight carrier.
• Should Trimedic Supply Network Ltd. ship incorrect merchandise, the customer may return it at the expense of Trimedic Supply Network Ltd. within 24 hours, packaging intact.
